PROBLEM: You cannot access the Kaspersky Graphic Interface when you are in a remote session while the Enable Self-Defense protection is check.
SOLUTION: Add TeamViewer executable file to the Trusted zone:
Click on Trusted Applications and click Add:
Click on Applications…
Look for the file teamviewer_desktop.exe and click OK:
Check Allow interaction with application interface and click OK:
Finally, click OK:
